REGULATORY DISCLOSURE

DIXPAY BANK MERCANTIL is a duly authorized Brazilian Payment Institution, regulated by the *Central Bank of Brazil (BACEN) under *Law No. 12,865/2013* (Brazilian Payment System Regulation) and BACEN Resolution No. 4,753/2023, for the provision of payment services. The institution operates under Corporate Taxpayer Registration (CNPJ) No. 04.395.847/0001-73. 

Additionally, DIXPAY BANK MERCANTILE is registered as a Financial Institution under the *Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Counter-Terrorist Financing (CTF) regulations established by BACEN Circular No. 3,978/2020, in compliance with Law No. 9,613/1998 (Brazilian AML Law).
